Working with their Senior Director of Omnichannel, I helped design for the in-store digital retailing experience. I introduced the concept of personas based on interviews with people in the store. We focused the user experience around key use cases and quickly built out prototypes for the in-store app point of sale experience. I helped them build out the team to build the app so that it would easily update without requiring downloading the latest version to ensure that the latest and greatest was always available.
